By me Are you sick in tired of all the exercise gimmicks and diet fads that keep you from getting the body you want?
I'm asked all the time what I do to stay in shape. I love being in great shape and I love helping others do the same. I've been training and eating right ever since I wanted to improve my sports performance way back in high school.

I enjoyed it so much that not only is it something I do, helping others get in shape is also my business
.When I first started working out, trying to build muscle and lose fat, I did what most of you have probably done. I read the fitness magazines, devour the diet books and weight training books, and ask people in the gym for advice.                   cont. 

 
 

It turns out that this was a big mistake and kept me from reaching my fitness goals. Sadly, most of the fitness and diet information out there is just plain wrong !I know I deserved better than that. And I know you deserve better, too!
